Description

Owned and used by Ferrari for press and marketing purposes at the time of the launch of the 575 Maranello model series, this pre-production car is one of two official prototypes and is the first 575 chassis number made. By default this is the first V12 F1 gearboxed Ferrari ever made!

Despite the car being produced in 2002, it was not registered by Ferrari until 2006, and it was not released from the Ferrari collection until February 2008.

This is all documented within the significant provenance that accompanies the car.

Ferrari sold the car directly to one of its VIP Italian clients, the car was fully recommissioned as part of that sale which included a colour change, retrim and new power cube.
